about

I’m not really all that keen on holidays, however I do like celebrating things that mark the passage of time.

For several years, on the anniversary of the release date of my albums, I’d always try and have a little do here at the house, invite-only, where we’d play the anniversary album, hang out, and eat and drink. Pretty simple. Those parties were great. Real barn burners.
I held these ‘anniversary listening parties’ for many years here at the studio.
Around 2017 though, I got busy and dropped the ball for a couple of years so it didn’t happen.
Then Covid came along and blah blah blah, these album anniversaries just kinda went away.
Dang, I really enjoyed those too.

Maybe I’ll do them again someday.
But not right now.

In the meantime, I wanted to circle the calendar somehow because some pretty big milestones have passed by without me getting to point them out.
Such as:

2021 was the 35th anniversary of my band from LA, Lost Anthony, releasing our very first EP, LET’S SEE YOUR CREDENTIALS.

2022 is the 36th anniversary of my song, Something To Remember Me By, being in the Universal Picture, THREE O’CLOCK HIGH.

And 2022 is also the 36th anniversary of Lost Anthony, releasing our second and final EP, HOME AGAIN.

So in lieu of a party, I came up with something else.
I recently recorded acoustic versions of some of the songs on each of those three project’s.

I tried to cut tracks that I knew people liked back in the day, but I also sang some songs that were my favorites as well.
A little trade off - ONE FOR YOU. ONE FOR ME.
See?

I hope you enjoy these versions of the songs.
They’re free and streamable on my site, and also here on Bandcamp.
But don’t be afraid to buy them if you like them. I gotta keep the lights on around here too. ;)

Thanks for sticking it out with me so far, and continuing to stick around with me on this long journey.
I appreciate it. I appreciate you.

Thanks for reading this.
Have a great day.
